Today's the day.
The day exams are (finally) done. The day a stress free summer begins. Hot showers become cold ones. Sleeping on top of bedcovers and waking up at lunch time. I am officially in cruise control.
But most importantly,
today's the day I start this blog.
I've been promising to myself to make one at the start of summer. I've been composing blog entries in my mind. My mind is abrim, just ABRIM with ideas... I don't think abrim is word but you get the idea.
And gosh was it hard to pick a name and URL. I have like a mental/physical disability when it comes to picking out names. My fingers tense up like a crochety old hag, and my mind draws such a blank. I'm a bit of a perfectionist at everything, and naming this blog was just the same.
I need a name thats catchy, unique, memorable, but still makes sense in context to the material. It can't be a really short word (those are usually taken) but it can't be too long and easy to forget/mistype. I don't want to be straightforward and Call this "Cristian's Blog" but I don't want to be art school conceptual and call it 'forest building onamatapoeia' and then some how incorporate coloured squiggles and mathematic equations.
Here are my pathetic attempts:

half inspired by how cool i think i am (i.e epitome) and half inspired by this pullout I got from one of my sisters Dear Dumb Diary books (whch I know are for like 8 year old girls but they are goddamned hilarious)
I hang this in my room so I NEVAR FORGET how righteous my grooves ARE.
too bad the name too long and I'm afraid of the religious zealots it might attract.

my name IS Cristian, no h, but it's still close to Christianity
kids still think asking me if I am a Christian is hilarious.

he "lives vicariously through himself" so I though, i'll do the same through my blog
but vicarious means to live through something else... and then it just sounds sad.

I made the blog on the spot... well when I got home, but so I didn't have any second thoughts.
Now this is written out and I'm quite pleased... I'll just have to get used Bloggers functions.
